Ordering & Fulfillment Info
How Ordering Works
Orders open every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Once the ordering window closes, we begin preparing your treats fresh for the upcoming week.
Fulfillment Schedule
Pickups & local shipping: Every Friday, 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Orders placed after Saturday at 10 p.m. will be prepared for the following week.
Each order is made with care in small batches — perfect for gifts, events, or simply treating yourself! 🧁✨

Please message us before placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate special requests when our schedule allows.
Pickup is available in Bristol, Connecticut. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email with the full pickup address.
Ordering Window:
Our weekly orders open every Saturday at 9 AM EST and remain open until we reach our baking limit for the week. Once we hit the limit, ordering will temporarily close and reopen the following Saturday at 9 AM EST. Please note, we do not offer same-day.
Deposits, Delivery & Cancellation:
A 50% deposit is required for all custom cakes and large orders. Deposits are fully refundable if an order is canceled more than 7 days before your scheduled pickup, shipping, or delivery date. Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable, as we’ve already reserved ingredients, time, and love to prepare your order.
If you’d like your order delivered, a delivery fee will be added based on distance and order size.
We want every order to be perfect, so if you have questions or need more details, please give us a call at the shop — we’re always happy to help!
Pickup Orders
For pickup orders, please call the shop to schedule your pickup time before completing your order online.
All pickup orders must be picked up on designated fulfillment days. This helps us ensure your treats are fresh and ready for you!

SHIPPING ORDERS
At Baking Fairy Boutique, we take great care in packaging each treat to ensure it arrives safely. However, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, returned, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–4 business days.
