⚠️ Deposit & Cancellation Policy

At Baking Fairy Boutique, every order is freshly prepared with care. To protect our preparation time and ensure fairness to our customers, the following policy applies to all advance orders, including cakes, cupcakes, cookies, brownies, cinnamon rolls, and specialty treats.

★ Deposits & Payments

A 50% deposit is required to secure your order. The remaining balance must be paid before pickup.

★ 24-Hour Cancellation Grace Period

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of placing an order and receive a full deposit refund, provided preparation has not begun and special supplies have not been purchased.

★ Cancellations More Than 7 Days Before Pickup

After the initial 24-hour grace period, deposits may be refunded if cancellation occurs more than 7 days before the scheduled pickup date and preparation or special purchases have not begun.

★ Cancellations Within 7 Days of Pickup

After the initial 24-hour grace period, ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled pickup date.

★ Specialty & Personalized Orders

Costs for personalized decorations, specialty ingredients, or nonreturnable supplies may be deducted from eligible refunds when disclosed before purchase.
